Avoid bold patterns, logos or bright colours but choose plain, pastel or mid tone colours that complement each other instead of all wearing the same coloured clothes. Soft, plain, textured and comfortable clothes. Simple and minimal work well for timeless images. Please stay away from wearing all black or white for your session.

Please avoid: Bold pattern or bright socks, hair bands on your wrist, large watches, keys and phones are to be remove on the day of your session from your pockets. Spray tanning is not recommended for Maternity Photography sessions. This is because your body colour and your hand colour can differ dramatically. Extra editing on these areas will not be done if you choose to tan.

Sustainability: Classic plain pieces of clothing are timeless and it’s more often than not you have great clothing in your wardrobe and when you mix it or match it what you thought was old is new again.

A change of clothes for everyone, snacks, drinks, toys, keepsakes, accessories and wipes for your children. All things can be kept in your car as we are usually close by and there is no need for you to carry anything with you.

If it rains or if you are sick, we can reschedule - also if I am sick, we reschedule. Please give me 24 hours notice from your session; I always check the weather and check-in with you 24 hours before your session if we are due to have heavy rainfall.

A non refundable retainer fee of $150 is required to secure your day and time of your shoot. The balance owing is to be paid prior to your photography session.

Newborn sessions are usually in the mornings and are in-home. Maternity and family sessions are in-home or on location in the mornings and evenings. Times are made early or in the evening due to the light. These sessions run Wednesday to Sunday.

Family, Maternity and Branding sessions are more flexible with location and I have some brilliant locations to choose from. If you require me to travel outside of my area, over 40km, there is an additional travel fee.

After your session, your photos may take up to 4 weeks to be delivered to you via post or online. I provide a sneak peak on Facebook, with your consent, this can be shared with your family & friends. Once your photos are ready, an email will be sent informing you that they are completed.

My images include editing such as colour enhancement, lighting exposure and basic retouching like removing blemishes. Extensive retouching such as enhancing body part or merging people into a photo is not available.

I don't offer printing packages but I can advise you of places who print you quality images. You get very limited quality from general photo outlets that don’t support the programs I use. Paying a little extra to have amazing prints is advisable from: @Atkins pro lab and @photopro both are online and available for printing photos that are wall worthy.

This agreement is made effective for all purposes in all respects as between the CLIENT(S) and Migissi lee Photography regarding the subject matter of a signed contract.

IMAGES & COPYRIGHTS:
All images are copyright to the PHOTOGRAPHER under the Australian Copyright Law (all rights reserved). The PHOTOGRAPHER has the absolute right and permission to take, use, reuse, publish, and republish photographic portraits or any other reproductions or adaptations from either complete or in part alone or in conjunction with any wording for all uses including publicity and/or merchandising and/or editorial purposes in all media worldwide, including online social networking sites.

The CLIENT(S) images may be used in prints, marketing and advertising materials (including social media).
Please do NOT sell, publish, reproduce (such as scan and reprints), please no altering the images in any way without the written permission of Migissi lee Photography.
These photographs are to be used for personal use and non commercial use by the CLIENT(S) unless a contract has been negotiated prior.

When publishing the photos, photographs are to be credited to the PHOTOGRAPHER by all parties involved.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY:
The PHOTOGRAPHER reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, weather or other circumstances beyond control.
CLIENT(S) is/are responsible for acquiring all permits and necessary permission for all locations on which the PHOTOGRAPHER will be performing services.

The PHOTOGRAPHER is not responsible for:
- CLIENT(S) choices with location, hair, wardrobe and products. Reshoot and refund will not be offered.
- For any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties.
- For any claims against their person or their business.

The PHOTOGRAPHER reserves the right to edit and release only those images deemed creditable as professional quality and with the Photographer's artistic standards . No raw files will be given, final edit of digital images only as it represents the art and work of the PHOTOGRAPHER. Editing such as colour, enhancement, lighting exposure etc and basic retouching removing blemishes are included. Extensive retouching such as enhancing body parts is not available.

PHOTOGRAPHER's equipment such as camera, computer and professional printer have been calibrated to offer beautiful product and images on par. However there may be a discrepancy in colour between PHOTOGRAPHER'S and CLIENTS' monitor.

RETAINER & PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
Session fee is due to secure date and time of session.

Should CLIENT(S) cancel within 24 hours of the photo shoot or otherwise breach this Agreement, the NON-REFUNDABLE session fee shall be liquidated for damages to the PHOTOGRAPHER.
Due to the nature of the photographic products and service no refunds will be given.

Please examine all images in your gallery thoroughly and if there is any concerns with your digital images please contact Migissi Lee Photography within 7 days to resolve any issues.

SCHEDULE & CANCELATION:
Photos will ONLY be processed under post-production once payment in full is received.

Client(s) may reschedule their shoot at least 24 hours prior to their shoot. Should client(s) fail to give 24 hours notice the session fee is forfeited and will not be refunded. Late arrival will be cut into client(s) session time and after 30 min of no show, retainer fee is forfeited and not refunded unless given notice client(s) are running late.

Client(s) will have 7 non- business days to view their private gallery and select their digital images.

Reshoot will be given at photographer’s discretions. Client(s) will be charged 100 percent fee for any reshoot required by client(s) unless the reshoot is required due to circumstance outside client(s) control.

DELIVERY:
All digital images supplied by Migissi Lee Photography should be ordered through a custom photography lab . Migissi lee photography is NOT responsible for prints produced by the labs client(s) choice.

All digital images ordered will be carefully delivered to the CLIENT(S). The PHOTOGRAPHER is NOT responsible for the damage of transit and after delivery to client(s). And will NOT be responsible for loss or damage digital files due to circumstances beyond photographer’s control.

CLIENT(S) images will be kept on file by PHOTOGRAPHER for 1 year after their photo-shoot. Every effort is made to secure equipment back-up, however due to the unreliability of digital equipment data loss can occur at any time. The PHOTOGRAPHER is not liable for any loss of digital data whatsoever.

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. It will be given by email. Migissi Lee photography will not be held responsible for any loss or stolen gift vouchers. No change will be given and is non refundable or exchangeable for cash.

DRESS HIRE:
Dresses from the collection is available to use for client(s) shoot.

Dresses are to be returned at the end of the shoot.

Please treat the garment with the upmost of care . Any damages, client(s) will require to to pay repair cost.
